Clear Voice Interview Services is committed to ensuring that children’s voices can be heard regardless of a family’s financial circumstances. Where appropriate, we are able to offer a moderated fee structure on a sliding scale, allowing families with limited means to access our services while maintaining the same professional standards, neutrality, and care. Our goal is to reduce financial barriers so that meaningful, child-centred participation remains accessible and equitable.

Voice of the Child Interview

$650 per child
Includes initial appointment, and one follow-up appointment/interview, allowing the child an opportunity to clarify, expand on, or add any information they may not have been ready to share during the initial meeting.

Comprehensive Voice of Child Report

$250 per family

Re-Interview

When the parties request a third interview of a child.

$300 per child

Pre-Interview Parental Consult

This service is optional. Enables a parent to provide an in person or online consult to outline any concerns they wish addressed during the interview process

1-hour

$250 per appointment

Parents are otherwise encouraged to provide a 1-page written outline of their concerns at no extra cost

Report Update

Updates to a report to include information from additional interviews.

$150 per update

Court/Hearing Attendance

Our staff are available to attend a hearing to provide the parties clarity or answer questions.

$800 per day
