Referrals

Clear Voice Interview Services accepts referrals from a wide range of professionals involved in family law and child-focused decision-making. Our goal is to make the referral process efficient, transparent, and accessible for those seeking high-quality, neutral Voice of the Child (VOC) interviews.

Who Can Refer?
We welcome referrals from:
-
Lawyers and Law Firms – including those representing parents, guardians, or children in parenting, custody, and family-law matters.

-
Legal Aid Alberta – supporting clients who require accessible Voice of the Child services.

-
Arbitrators and Mediators – seeking independent, child-focused interviews to inform negotiation and dispute resolution processes.

-
Sitting Justices of the Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice, and professionals within the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process – where court-ordered or ADR-informed interviews are required to ensure the child’s perspective is meaningfully considered.

-
Divorce Coaches, Parenting Mentors, and Allied Family Professionals – who support families through separation and high-conflict parenting transitions and recognize the importance of hearing directly from children in a safe, neutral manner.

-
Parents and Guardians – may initiate referrals directly; however, participation requires the informed consent of all parties with decision-making authority.
