Designed for family law lawyers, child representatives, mediators, arbitrators, psychologists, counsellors, and other professionals working with children in family law matters. This training emphasizes child-inclusive practice, neutrality, role clarity, and developmentally appropriate interviewing techniques that support the meaningful and safe inclusion of children's perspectives in family law and dispute resolution processes.

CVIS offers Best Practices in Child Interviewing: A Forensic Lens directly On-Nation upon request. Delivering training within communities allows teams to learn together, strengthen professional relationships, develop consistent interviewing practices, and support one another when managing future files. On-Nation delivery also reduces travel and accommodation expenses while providing training within participants' own professional and cultural environments.
